If you have registered within the deadline of June 12, 2024, please check your inbox or spam/promotional folder for an email to provide you with shipping updates for your order. Unless your order is marked with an invalid address, you should receive a tracking number in the email no later than June 16, 2024. 


For invalid addresses, lost/stolen packages, or return-to-sender orders, you must report to ShowClix Customer Support to move your order to Will Call and pick up your replacement credentials onsite.


If you have received your tracking number, yet the status is not updating from "On the way to UPS", you must also report to ShowClix Customer Support and pick up your replacement credentials onsite. 


Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event an order cannot be delivered by the mail carrier or is not received. Credentials will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.


Replacement credentials are subject to reprint fees based on the scanned history of the credentials. 


Note: If you choose to move your badges to Will Call after the shipping process has begun, the original badges mailed out to you will be deactivated and cannot be used to enter Anime Expo 2024. We cannot reverse this process, so your only option will be to go to the Registration booth to pick up your new badges (even if your original badges are found/received; those badges will be deactivated and are not able to scan into the show). 


Beginning Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, you may pick up your badge at the Registration Booth. Refer to Hours & Maps for Registration booth location and hours.


To pick up a badge you must present the following: 

  1. ShowClix Order Confirmation (email printout or PDF via your phone)
  2. Valid, government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc.)
