If you’re concerned about the delivery of your badge(s), please contact the courier by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for more details and to discuss delivery options.
If you think your package has been lost, please check the status of your shipment using your tracking number. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, you should report it as lost by contacting ShowClix Customer Care and request replacements for all badges in the order. Replacement badges will only be issued for those orders which were not received. Please note that any reported badges will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated or used for entry at Anime Expo. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Replacement badge(s) must be picked up onsite at the Registration Booth. You will need the original order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID for proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.
