To reduce lines at our Registration Booth for badge pick-up and create a contactless, more streamlined customer experience for our attendees, we have been mailing out all badge orders the past couple of years.
All badge orders with a billing address located in the United States or Canada, except those in minor outlying U.S. territories or islands, will automatically be shipped. We just need you to assist with noting the correct delivery method to apply to properly ship (mail) your badge order.
Only International orders are available for Will Call pick-up as shipping for other countries is both expensive and difficult to ensure proper delivery.
Therefore, if you selected Will Call but your billing address is located in the United States or Canada, then you will be contacted to designate a delivery address and charged the applicable shipping fee.
