If you need to exchange a 1-Day badge from one day to another, you will need to purchase the desired 1-Day badge first based on available inventory.  Once you've purchased the badge you want, you will need to submit the following information to request a refund to

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The order confirmation number or the badge to be refunded.
    • If there are multiple badges on this order and you only want to refund one badge (a portion of the order), then include the badge ID number(s) for the ones you wish to exchange.
  • The order confirmation number for the new badges purchased.

Upon verification of your orders, we will inform you if the exchange request has been approved then process the refund back to the card used to make the purchase.

The deadline to submit a badge exchange request is March 31, 2022.
