To upgrade your 1-Day badge to a 4-Day badge, or a child badge to a GA badge, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Submit your request to [email protected] with the following information included
    • Original order number
      NOTE: If you are only upgrading part of your order, please specify the badge(s) you want to upgrade
    • Your first name / last name
    • Email address you used to register, if different from the email you used to send the inquiry



IMPORTANT: If you are exchanging part of the original order only, shipping fees will not be refunded since the original order will still be shipped. We do not offer order combinations due to fulfillment restrictions. Only the buyer may submit a request to upgrade tickets.
