First check your ShowClix account to find the tracking number and view the status of your shipment.

Next, if you are still having mailing issues you can either:

  • contact ShowClix Customer Care support@showclix.com and please provide them your ShowClix Confirmation Order #, full name, email address and tracking number. 
  • or, if you have not received your badge by the start of AX, please visit our Registration Assistance counters located in the Registration Booth at the Gilbert Lindsay Plaza where our staff will be happy to help provide you a replacement badge.

Professional Registration

Exhibitor, Press & Industry, and Artist Alley badges can be picked up at the Professional Registration area. Need to reprint or have general questions about your badge, then head over to Professional Registration during these hours!
