Panel and Workshop rooms will NOT be cleared between panel events but will be cleared before Special Events (I.e. concerts, Masquerade, ticketed events, and 18+ content).
EXCEPTIONS: Room clearing WILL occur prior to the following: Ticketed Event (i.e. concert, Masquerade) and 18+ Content Tracks.
If a room is to be cleared it will be stated in the panel description.
Panel rooms will load in attendees 15 minutes before the start of the panel or workshop and doors will close 10 minutes after the start of the panel or workshop.
