The Hotel Blocks for Exhibitors and Artist Alley opens on January 28, 2025 at 1 PM PT. Key dates to note:

Deadline to submit Exhibitor Sub-Block Request Form (Booking 10+ Rooms) is 11:59PM PT on March 21^st, 2025
Deadline to book is 11:59 PM PT on March 31st, 2025, or until the block is filled
Deadline to assign names/rooms is 11:59 PM PT on March 31st, 2025

If you are unable to secure a room in your Hotel Block, you may still book a room in the General Attendee Hotel Block. Reservations are based on availability, so book as soon as you can.
