Yes, the deadline to submit a request to exchange a GA badge for an Artist Alley badge is March 31st, 2024. We will begin processing refunds after the Artist Alley form closes on May 30, 2024.

To request a refund you must follow these steps:

  1. The Primary Artist must first purchase the additional Artist Alley badge for the helper. 
  2. After purchasing the badge(s), you must transfer them to your helper's ShowClix account. 
  3. The helper must go into their ShowClix account and accept the transfer.
  4. The original Buyer of the General Attendee badge must send a refund request via email to
    • Refunds will only be made back to the BUYER associated with the original order so they are the only ones that can send the request.
    • All badges to be refunded must be in the original buyer's possession in their ShowClix account. If the badge was successfully transferred to another person, it must be transferred back to the original buyer.

In the email request please provide:

  1. Original Buyer's Full Name
  2. Email Address used for the order
  3. Order confirmation # of the General Attendee badge
    • if the order contains multiple badges, please specify which badge to refund
  4. Order confirmation # of the Artist Alley Additional badges

Once we have verified this information, we will approve the refund and notify you when it has been processed. Processing time may vary, and we appreciate your patience.
