The Primary Artist (main registrant / table buyer) is the individual liable for the table, responsible for filling out the forms, and responsible for registering additional participants. Important notifications, updates, and communication will be sent to the primary artist via email. The Primary Artist does not need to purchase an additional artist alley badge as the table package includes their badge.
Subsidiary Artists are additional artists that sell artwork at the table(s). They must provide their CA seller’s permit, samples of work, and a portfolio.
Helpers are individuals who assist artists during the show and do not sell artwork. They do not need to provide a CA seller’s permit, samples of work, and a portfolio.
