Any changes to the shipping address must be made before or on April 19, 2024, 
at 11:59 PM PT. 

Unfortunately, once preparations for badge mailing begin, the ability to update your shipping address is turned off so you can no longer update it in your ShowClix account.  You may contact ShowClix Customer Care to submit a request to update your shipping address, but please note that any request made after the deadline may be too late to accommodate.

If you know you won't be able to receive the package at the shipping address you provided during checkout when purchasing your badge(s), you must deactivate the badge(s) in the order by contacting ShowClix Customer Care to report your issue and request replacement badge(s) be issued. Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.  Replacement badges must be picked up onsite at the Registration Booth, starting on July 3, 2024.  See the AX website for the hours of operation. 

Note:  Any deactivated badges received in the mail cannot be re-activated or used for entry at Anime Expo.
