Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address. 


If you know you won't be able to receive the package at the above address, you should deactivate your badge(s) by contacting ShowClix Customer Care to report your issue and request replacement badge(s) be issued. Replacement badges must be picked up onsite at the Registration Booth. Once reported, badges cannot be re-activated or used for entry at Anime Expo. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
