Yes, per our Upgrade Policy, if you are able to purchase a Premier Fan badge when we release them at a later date, then you can send us an email to request a refund for your 4-Day badge.  In the email request, please remember to provide:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your Email Address
  3. The order confirmation # of your 4-Day badge
    • If the order contains multiple badges, please specify which badge to refund
  4. The order confirmation # of your Premier Fan badge.

Once we have verified your information, we will approve the refund and notify you when it has been processed.
