Yes, per our Upgrade Policy, if you are able to purchase a Premier Fan badge when we release them at a later date, then you can send us an email at to request a refund for your 4-Day badge.  In the email request, please remember to provide:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your Email Address
  3. The order confirmation # of your 4-Day badge
    • If the order contains multiple badges, please specify which badge to refund
  4. The order confirmation # of your Premier Fan badge

Upon verification of your orders, we will inform you if the upgrade request has been approved then process the refund back to the card used to make the purchase.

The deadline to submit a request to upgrade/exchange any badges is March 31, 2022.

Note:  Refunds will only be made back to the buyer associated with the order.
