Badge receive, no email receive. Can’t activate

I received my badge in the mail today but never received an email of the purchase. My card was charged and I got a confirmation my purchase went through. What do I do to activate? I’ve tried contacting showclix but they just keep resending the email. I think it’s on the wrong email. Any luck getting this badge working?

Same here I’ve been charged and received the badge but never received the email, I’m nervous because I’m not sure if I’m able to refund it, or they can fix it. I tried contacting support but nothing
